1.  Appointment Scheduling

All bookings should mainly be made via the instagram page or call 0595330467 to book a slot.  

2. Deposit 

We require a non-refundable deposit of 70ghs to book a slot, this amount is included in your final bill

3.  Lateness

Kindly note that 15-30mins late to your appointments requires a lateness fee of 60gh, an hour late leads to rescheduling .If clients insists, the lateness fee of an hour is 100gh

4. Cancellation Policy

Cancellation should only be done 24-48 hours in advance to the set time.

5.  Payments 

We accept cash, mobile money and bank transfers.

6. Location

Location is only provided 24hrs after booking.

7. Note before coming 

Come to your appointments free of mascara 

No extra guest unless discussed
