Terms and Conditions


Bookings & Appointments



  • All appointments must be booked in advance via phone, website, or social media.
  • A valid contact number and email are required for booking confirmation.
  • Late arrivals: Clients arriving more than 15 minutes late may have their service shortened or rescheduled.
  • Cancellations: We require at least 24–48 hours notice for cancellations or rescheduling. Last-minute cancellations may incur a fee (as specified by the technician).




 Deposits



  • Some services may require a non-refundable deposit to secure your appointment.
  • Deposits are deducted from the final service price.


Aftercare & Maintenance



  • Clients are responsible for following the aftercare instructions provided during their appointment.
  • Failure to follow aftercare guidelines may result in premature lash loss or damage, which Flutter Flare is not liable for.


Refunds & Complaints



  • Due to the nature of lash services, refunds are not typically provided once the service has been performed.
  • If you are unhappy with your lashes, please contact us within 48 hours for possible adjustments.
