Bookings & Appointments
- All appointments must be booked in advance via phone, website, or social media.
- A valid contact number and email are required for booking confirmation.
- Late arrivals: Clients arriving more than 15 minutes late may have their service shortened or rescheduled.
- Cancellations: We require at least 24–48 hours notice for cancellations or rescheduling. Last-minute cancellations may incur a fee (as specified by the technician).
Deposits
- Some services may require a non-refundable deposit to secure your appointment.
- Deposits are deducted from the final service price.
Aftercare & Maintenance
- Clients are responsible for following the aftercare instructions provided during their appointment.
- Failure to follow aftercare guidelines may result in premature lash loss or damage, which Flutter Flare is not liable for.
Refunds & Complaints
- Due to the nature of lash services, refunds are not typically provided once the service has been performed.
- If you are unhappy with your lashes, please contact us within 48 hours for possible adjustments.
