Terms and Conditions

1. Bookings

  • All sessions must be booked in advance through our booking platform.

  • Each booking is for one client only. If you wish to bring another person, they must book their own slot.

  • First-time clients must book a First Consultation & Hair Journey Book before any follow-up session.

2. Payments

  • Full payment or deposit must be made at the time of booking.

  • We accept Mobile Money and other approved payment methods.

  • Your booking is confirmed only after payment is received.

3. Cancellations and Rescheduling

  • Cancellations made at least 24 hours before the appointment will be rescheduled without penalty.

  • Cancellations made less than 24 hours before the appointment will result in a 50% charge.

  • Missed appointments without notice are non-refundable.

4. Services Provided

  • The Hub is not a salon and does not offer braiding, locking, weaving, or styling services.

  • Each session includes a treatment and personalised teaching on how to care for your unique hair.

  • Every client will receive a Hair Journey Book at their first consultation, which will be updated during follow-up sessions.

5. Client Responsibilities

  • Please arrive on time. Sessions will end at the scheduled time even if you arrive late.

  • Inform us of any allergies, scalp conditions, or medical concerns before your session.

  • The knowledge and plan we provide are tailored to you. Results depend on consistency with the routine at home.

6. Hub Etiquette

  • The Hub is a learning and treatment space. Please respect the environment and other clients present.

  • Children are only allowed if they are booked for a session.


    7. Children and Family Policy

    • Mothers are welcome to attend their sessions with their children if needed.

    • For the best experience, we encourage booking a session for your child as well, so they can also receive care and learn how to love their hair.

    • To maintain a calm and focused environment, we kindly ask that children remain with their parent at all times.

8. Changes to Terms

  • We Naturals reserves the right to update these Terms and Conditions. Clients will be notified of any major changes.
