Terms and Conditions

Welcome to Trimly! By accessing or using our website, booking services, or engaging with our barbershop (in-shop or mobile), you agree to be bound by the following Terms and Conditions:

1. Service Bookings

  • All appointments must be booked via our online platform, phone, or in person.

  • Mobile service bookings are subject to location availability within Accra and may attract a transport fee.

  • We reserve the right to reschedule appointments due to unforeseen circumstances, with prior notice to clients.

2. Cancellations and No-Shows

  • Cancellations must be made at least 4 hours before the scheduled appointment.

  • No-shows or late cancellations may attract a cancellation fee (up to 50% of the service price).

  • For mobile services, failure to be available at the scheduled time may result in forfeiture of fees.

3. Payments

  • Payment can be made online, via mobile money, card, or cash in-shop.

  • Full payment may be required upfront for mobile services.

4. Client Conduct

  • Clients are expected to maintain respectful conduct towards our barbers and staff.

  • We reserve the right to refuse service to anyone displaying abusive, threatening, or inappropriate behavior.

5. Health and Safety

  • If you have any contagious conditions (e.g., open wounds, infections), we may reschedule your appointment for health and safety reasons.

6. Intellectual Property

  • All content on the Trimly website (logos, images, designs, text) is owned by Trimly and protected by copyright laws.

  • Unauthorized use or reproduction of our materials is prohibited.

7. Amendments

  • Trimly reserves the right to update these Terms and Conditions at any time. Changes will be effective once posted on our website.
