Welcome to Trimly! By accessing or using our website, booking services, or engaging with our barbershop (in-shop or mobile), you agree to be bound by the following Terms and Conditions:
1. Service Bookings

All appointments must be booked via our online platform, phone, or in person.

Mobile service bookings are subject to location availability within Accra and may attract a transport fee.

We reserve the right to reschedule appointments due to unforeseen circumstances, with prior notice to clients.
2. Cancellations and No-Shows

Cancellations must be made at least 4 hours before the scheduled appointment.

No-shows or late cancellations may attract a cancellation fee (up to 50% of the service price).

For mobile services, failure to be available at the scheduled time may result in forfeiture of fees.
3. Payments

Payment can be made online, via mobile money, card, or cash in-shop.

Full payment may be required upfront for mobile services.
4. Client Conduct

Clients are expected to maintain respectful conduct towards our barbers and staff.

We reserve the right to refuse service to anyone displaying abusive, threatening, or inappropriate behavior.
5. Health and Safety

If you have any contagious conditions (e.g., open wounds, infections), we may reschedule your appointment for health and safety reasons.
6. Intellectual Property

All content on the Trimly website (logos, images, designs, text) is owned by Trimly and protected by copyright laws.

Unauthorized use or reproduction of our materials is prohibited.
7. Amendments

Trimly reserves the right to update these Terms and Conditions at any time. Changes will be effective once posted on our website.
