Our Commitment

Conformance Status
The Web Content Accessibility Guidelines (WCAG) define requirements to improve accessibility for people with disabilities. We aim to conform to WCAG 2.1 Level AA standards.

Our web platform is designed with accessibility in mind, featuring keyboard navigation, screen reader support, and high contrast options.

No internet required! Simple text-based menu system accessible on any mobile phone.
3. Mobile Apps
Our iOS and Android apps follow platform-specific accessibility guidelines and work with native assistive technologies.

Known Limitations
While we strive for full accessibility, we acknowledge some current limitations:
- Some third-party payment gateway interfaces may have accessibility issues beyond our control
- PDF receipts generated may not be fully screen-reader accessible (HTML email receipts are provided as an alternative)
- Some advanced calendar features are still being optimized for screen reader users
We are actively working to address these limitations and improve accessibility across all features.
